AGM Visit
For our AGM visit this year, over 30 members made the trip to West Coast Rail in Carnforth where we had an excellent day as their guests. Behind the scenes visits to the steam and diesel sheds, including the workshops, were fascinating and informative. They looked after us well.
This was followed by a first-rate hot lunch in the Royal Station Hotel, a visit to the Carnforth Station Heritage Centre and a good AGM meeting. The only downside was that we ran out of time! We all could have spent so much longer at both attractions.
