After the LSHF
Over the weekend of 19th & 20th May '18 we jointly hosted the Lancashire Steam Heritage Festival at Lancashire Mining Museum, Astley Green. The sun shone, 17 full sized engines and many more miniature engines, tractors, cars and motorbikes attended the event and everyone had a fabulous time.
It was the first event we had been involved in organising for 8 years, but the people came and all feedback, so far, has been positive.
There are already plans for a smaller event at the same location later in the year. Watch this space for more details.
